we are not put on this earth to struggle. it is our birthright to live a life of health & happiness. there is no greater purpose in life than to achieve this state of being where absolute happiness simply is. when you start to live a very happy life, you will be amazed at how quickly everything progresses in your favor. one of the most important connections you can make is the connection between the mind and body. physical health is a necessary component to mental health and mental health is a necessary component to physical health. there are three main stressors in life: physical, chemical, and emotional. meditation is the cure. give yourself a chance.

course structure:

the angel course is hosted on a private instagram page (@the.angel.course) classes are live but saved to igtv to access content when it's convenient for you. all members will have access to material from the previous courses throughout the 4 weeks. the account is a private and safe space for members from 6/1-6/30.
